3. For those on the “Volunteer list”, they will be given updates and advised of new projects by email or by post, if you have not advised us of your email address.
4. For email correspondence appropriate to the work we do such as project applications, or advising volunteers of future projects.
5. Contact by telephone as required.
We will not pass your details to a third party unless you give us permission to do so.
