A property was purchased in a new development in the town of Angers. Starting from a shell which formed part of the ground floor of a multi-story building, the space was lined and divided using stud partition work and sound insulation, then double skinned to keep transmitted noise to a minimum. The last job we did was to fit a suspended ceiling in all the rooms.
