Projects for 2011
The following projects have been arranged for 2011, God willing. It is hoped that we will have enough volunteers to be able to complete all the work - it's going to be a busy year again! If you feel led to volunteer then please look at the volunteering page and contact us for more information.
The dates indicated below are provisional and could be subject to some changes. Other projects may become available, some at short notice, so please contact the office if you think you might be able to volunteer at some point during 2011. COntacting us early is of great help to aid our planning.

The project: Sakeji School is a Christian primary boarding school situated near Ikelenge in a small finger of land which lies between Angola and Congo, in the remote northern tip of the North Western Province of Zambia. Sakeji can accommodate up to one hundred students, but presently there are seventy one, representing some ten different nationalities. Almost all of these are boarders between the ages of 6 and 13. The staff usually includes 14 missionary teachers and care-givers from Europe, North America and Australasia, who minister to the educational, spiritual, physical and emotional needs of the children.
The School is in need of a new dining room and kitchens with associated stores. Last year we commenced work to provide a new dining room and kitchen. Up to floor slab has been completed and we aim to complete the building so it can be ready for use in September.
